About Weld County Court Docket

Weld County court information is divided among the Colorado Judicial Branch, the Weld County Combined Courts clerk, and separate municipal courts. This privately run resource organizes the official routes used to find a hearing, identify the correct clerk, or request a court record. It is not part of a court or government agency.

Why We Built This Site

The official channels answer different questions. Colorado's Docket Search displays real-time hearing information, while the Weld County Combined Courts clerk supplies the Register of Action, filed documents, and certified copies for state trial cases. Greeley, Windsor, Erie, Evans, and Firestone maintain their own municipal files. This site brings those paths together so a reader can start with the correct court instead of sending a request to the elected Weld County Clerk and Recorder, which does not keep judicial case files.

Weld District Court and County Court also share a state clerk even though their subject matter differs. District Court handles felonies and major civil matters. County Court handles misdemeanors, state traffic, evictions, small claims, and other matters within its jurisdiction. Clear routing matters because a live calendar card is not the full official file.

What You Will Find Here

Each content page is built around an official Weld or Colorado source. The material includes:

  • Ways to search criminal and civil docket settings
  • Steps for confirming court dates and appearance types
  • Case-number, party, business, and attorney search fields
  • Record-request channels, clerk contacts, and published fees
  • Separate municipal court routes for the five largest cities

What We Cannot Do

Weld County Court Docket is a private reference site. It has no access to a court's internal case system and cannot:

  • Issue an official or certified docket, order, or case document
  • Set, reset, cancel, or confirm a hearing for the court
  • File a pleading or accept payment on a case
  • Seal, remove, or change a court record
  • Give legal advice about a pending or completed matter
  • Guarantee that a saved calendar entry remains current

The Weld County Combined Courts clerk or the municipal clerk that holds the case must provide the official record and current case instructions.

Search Partners

Some content pages contain a search tool supplied by an outside provider. That provider controls its own service, terms, data practices, results, and prices. A paid referral may produce revenue for this private site. The sponsored tool is separate from the free Colorado Judicial Branch Docket Search and from each official court or clerk.
